Grrl Power #485 – Miniboss fight music record scratch
Time to wrap up that fight! And yes, Pixel likes the occasional spank, but we don’t know if Elsbeth likes being cuffed or doing the cuffing.
There’s no real female equivalent of “Bro.” Obviously there’s “broette” but that’s just tacking a feminizing suffix onto a word as a stopgap since there’s not a real word for it. Someone can be your sister in a way that doesn’t mean a literal relative, the same way someone can be your brother (he’s not heavy) but “bro” is still different.
There should be, it’s not like groups of female friends don’t get together and do dumb things… I should explain, in my head, being a bro with someone usually involves the phrase “hey, watch this…” If you have a friend you catch the occasional movie with, or have dinner with, that’s a friend, it’s not really a bro. If you’re ever doing anything that involves diving in after them, or tell the girl he’s trying to pick up that he’s the world G-Spot finding champion, or ask “does this look broken?” then they’re a bro.
Horsing around, I guess, is how you define a bro, and it’s not like girls don’t do it. They’re generally not as renowned for it though, especially in popular media, where women are either catty with each other, or only have male friends, or are incidental characters.

Is Gunnie scowling at Dabbles’ comment about her being a ‘sexy Viking’? Or is that her ‘grrr’ face?
I’m thinking grr face. People that don’t want to be called sexy tend to not wear shirts that show their chest quite like that.
She may also be having trouble with an insane wedgie, as per a few pages ago.
Guessing this partially explains a limitation on Ellie’s Book of Holding, but does that mean she actually placed that SCAR-L personally? o_O
I’m wondering that too…
Or she has never found reason for doing the ritual to allow her to pull such items from the book in the past while the handcuffs she got to imprint were not the police ones she preferred for securing people.
It might come down to adding a definition, she has a definition for pink handcuffs, but heavy sgackles might be too kinky….
shackles
We saw a couple pages ago that she has a definition for “manacles”, so she must not necessarily have access to something just because it has an entry.
I wonder whether anybody has “entry” on their ‘Make Maxima Say’ card?
Nooo…. I’d say the level of stupid a group of “bros” can get up to is exclusively male. A group of girls can get really catty/mean or unproductively gossipy but not STUPID per say. Not to say that a single girl can’t join in the stupid. Or be the observer the stupid is designed to impress.
Women get stupid over men too. Never seen the numerous cat-fights over a man on YouTube? A lot of them are about a man sleeping with another woman but instead of blaming the man they attack the woman for trying to “steal” their man.
Male, female, or government, real stupidity requires a committee….
Hah. It may be more *common* among men because society is more ok with it, but exclusive? No way.
As a scouter I can confirm that groups of girls can both be as creative and as stupid as the boys when working in small groups.
Things ranging from “That’s amazing” to “what the %#%## were you all thinking?”
It’s hard to say as I am not female myself. But the potential stupidity created by the combination of many males, alcohol and trying to impress females is without limits.
The skimpy choice of outfits when some groups of girls go out drinking, perhaps even on a pub crawl, in cold weather, says otherwise…
Ok. How the heck does Ellie know that the pink haired girl likes being spanked?
Headcanon: It’s a clue that Ellie does the cuffing, at least sometimes.
Perhaps Pixle’s nightlife name is Pixie :P
either way, I’d spank that
Me too especially if it sometimes returned the favor.
Heck, I’d spank to that! (what were we talking about?);-P
Girl talk.
hey Dave, thanks to watching several shows with skater talk in it, also had skater friends, I believe the female term for bro is bra, not broette, also considering the scenes we’ve seen with just the girls… I think we genuinely may not want to know what was involved
I’ll admit, this IS one of my few concerns with the series. Maxima is just so very, very overpowered that a lot of fights will be either ‘Find a new plot convenience to write her out of the battle’ or just ‘Delay until Maxima ends the problem’ (Which with superspeed isn’t very long).
I mean, I am very much enjoying the series but the very uneven power level does leave me concerned.
Sydney is similarly overpowered, but not as experienced and therefore (or at least partly therefore) lacking the fine control. She could have melted the golem’s head, shards included, but – because she doesn’t have the control – not without doing severe damage to the surrounding space and possibly other people.
Not necessarily. You run into a problem if your only way of creating danger is always upping the power level, but that is just the creative equivalent of getting away from a rolling boulder by running away from it in a direct line.
First off, I doubt all that many villains really have it as their goal to defeat Maxima (or anyone, really) in direct combat. So the best way is of course to simply distract/mislead her. She can be as strong as she wants, if she doesn’t know who to punch, it’s wasted potential. Think your average Xanatos-gambit.
Then there’s of course the issue of mind-control/manipulation or good old-fashioned social skills.Again, don’t confront her on her own turf but circumvent the issue by playing to her weak-points. Which, by the way, includes her capacity as an officer of the law. Yeah, she can expose a drug ring by tearing down the wall in a wearhouse but try admitting that in a court of law.
Then there’s always the concept of power-dampening/cancellation. I’d say that a power like Divine Power: Monochrome as wielded by the character Tian from Feng Shen Ji could even handle Maxima with relative ease if he set his mind to it. (Okay, Tian himself could probably do so anyway but just a power that suppresses ‘everything” would be enough)
And lastly, we do know that there are supers (and now potentially even other supernatural entities) out there, each with their own quirks and capabilities that are able to stand up to Maxima. Hell, since Maxima has a limited power pool herself (see her situation with Vehemence) all it needs is an opponent who doesn’t have to sacrifice strength for armor but instead can bolster both and there you have your opponent.
Hell, given that it was implied that Dabbler alone was capable of fighting Max to a standstill, I don’t think it’d be too much of a stretch to assume that a few select Archon members alone would be capable of overpowering her.
And as for her superspeed, I think that might be a bit overrated due to its use and presentation. Even supersonic speed takes several hours to cross any signifant surface of land. What we saw here was the distance of maybe a medium sized city and she still was gone long enough that several of the people in this room could’ve died to a bunch of automatons.
Really, it boils down to whether Dave pays attention to continuity or goes the Marvel/DC-route of “Let’s make it AWESOME” first, before scrambling for silly explanations later.
It was Sydney, not Dabbler, that stopped Max. Remember when Max tried to pull Sydney’s orb-carrying tube beyond the orbs’ limit, and wound up on her rear? That wasn’t much of a fight, but it did bring Max to a standstill.
I’m actually referring to the press conference, when Max stated that there were only two individuals that ever fought her to a standstill, one (presumably) dead, the other “on this team”. The accompanying panel implies that that team member is Dabbler.
I just reviewed the comic in question. Dabbler is nudging Halo. My read: Dabbler’s pointing out to Sydney that Max is giving Sydney very high praise in public.
Highly unlikely. One failed attempt at tube-tugging wouldn’t justify such a mention and certainly not a comparison to someone she fought to the death with. Which would mean that tube-tugging registers on Maxima’s chart on an equal level to something like Vehemence on full charge.
My bet is on the battle-hardened demon with access to artifact weapons, untapped magics, cybernetic implants who has a personal watchman assigned to her despite already being on the team and who more than likely had an actual fight with Max.
Dave also mentioned in one of the blurbs under the comic that it was Dabbler that fought her to a standstill. I think it was around the point that Vehemence had her pinned with a lightning arm and he pointed out that Dabbler had managed the standstill by forcing her into an “armour dump”.
Yep. This is the canon explanation.
Yup!
Didn’t it have something to do with “Sticky Air”? Or was that Dabbles’ fight against Math? o_O
…it was the fight w/Math-he thought “sticky air”(entangle?) was cheating …
Being around Dabbles long enough probably means things often wind up sticky.
Kind of like Superman and the Justice League. But it’s not that hard for a smart villain to keep the powerhouse busy or catch them off guard so a good writer can keep the fights interesting anyway.
Honestly this series feel more (Tenchi Muyo) than (Dragon Ball Z),
both have incredibly over powered characters, but the former focuses on humor and slice of life, and when the action stuff happens its just fun to see the over-powered characters take their funny fight gloves off an be serious. While the later focuses so much on fighting and greater threats that they just have to keep “getting stronger” and upping the threat levels.
oh yeah Tenchi Muyo when Tsunami or Washu get serious they can crush anybody because they are two of the three Goddesses who created this reality after all. You also have Tenchi who is the result of generations of selective breeding by Tsunami and Washu who when he deploys his full power is on the same level as Tsunami and Washu and Tokou their sister.
yep, and now we have Tokimi (the third creator of the universe) hanging around the house. Then there are Ryoko and Ryo-Ohki who are both planet busters, Mihoshi who is the great great granddaughter of Washu and seems to also be enhanced beyond normal measure, Ayeka is a princess of Jurai, making her more powerful than a typical Jurain who it seems are already naturally more powerful than even enhanced Galaxy Police officers. Which comes back to Tenchi’s grandfather who lives nearby who is a Jurain prince.
-Noike the latest member is at the low end of the house hold’s power scale. but has a higher house rank due to personality (which comes with being adopted by the Devil princess of Jurai Lady Sato)
but yeah, despite all that power, they never face increasingly stronger enemies *if anything Dr. Clay was less of a threat than Kagato, and Mihoshi’s brother was more of a gag villain, Z was pretty strong*, but the series focuses on the humor of all these absurdly powerful beings living together and day to day life on the planet Earth instead of the insane space battles they probably should be facing. Like retired gods LoL
Basically the lesson (you can have seriously over powered characters, so long as you focus on the humor and their personalities and not focus on escalating action it works).
You left out ‘adorable critter what becomes a starship’.
Myah! ^_^
That’s the reason Dave created Max’s “Power Pool” system. Max might be able to meet or possibly surpass someone like Supes in ONE thing, but only by weakening herself in OTHER stats. It’s how V kept her locked down though he didn’t realize exactly HOW. HE thought she was vulnerable to electricity, but she had to “Max-out” her armor to the point that she wasn’t strong enough to do anything else.
Holy hell, did she fire punch THROUGH the helmet and rip out the blood magic shard?
Didn’t notice that on the first read. I love how brutal she can be and how frustrated it’s gotta make her to hold back on everyone she fight. Max should hang out with Saitama sometime lol
Given what we have seen her do to an M1 tank, a couple of millimeters of steel for her equates to tissue paper for normal humans.
Amen to that, a crossover One Punch Man / Saitama – Grrl Power / Maxima would be interesting… But very short for the opposing side :P
Add Superman and Sentry (from Marvel) here and I believe the “over the top” section of comics superheroes would be in the same overpowered book :D
Throw in Deadpool for comic relief and I’d watch that.
Sort of raises the question…With the kind of damage Max can do, can Deadpool regenerate from subatomic-level atomic ash?
Deadpool regenerates from a puddle of goop once.
And from being made a pile of ash by Thor.
That’s still “carbonized remains” left over. What about when there’s no atomic structure left, not even as carbon…As in, only free-floating subatomic particles still remain?
Remember, Deadpool literally CAN’T die because of Thanos. (Unless they did a ret-con and nobody noticed)
Thought it was because Death considers Wadey Poo a monumental perv and wants nothing to do with him, whereas Death considers Thanos a creepy stalker
Nah. Death loves him. But Thanos is a greedy buttsack with a major metaphysical boner for Death, so to make sure D-Pooly couldn’t get to her, Thanos cursed him with immortality. They’ve met up a couple times in plot-convenient dreams, but nothing permanent.
In one of the ‘Injustice’ comics, Superman got Lobo to back down with a threat like that. The wording went something like this…
S: “You can regenerate from a single drop of blood. If I throw you into the sun, do you think that there would be a drop of blood left for you to regenerate from?”
L: “No.”
S: “So, am I still worth going after?”
L: “Not for what they’re offering.”
Neither fighter is ever inclined to go all out against a human opponent, meaning that it would likely be a long slow battle testing eachother’s defenses if the faceoff ever happened.
World of cardboard, and all that.
Looked less “punched” and more “jabbed fingers through like the burning claws of a demon lord, while clutching the sword shard in her blazing palm”
My thought is hand on back of head, low power blast, followed by grabbing the shards and melting them.
Dude, can I just say your skills as an artist are amazing? I’ve been reading since page one and you’ve really become skilled! Maxima is scary and sexy in that last panel, go you!
+1. The art has incredibly improved and Maxima is definitely sexy AND scary as hell in this last panel.
Yep. Last panel has to be one of the best in the series so far. :D Here’s hoping DaveB only gets better.
Thanks! I’m pleased with that picture, but the funny thing is, the better my art gets, the more I shudder when I look at older pages. Stuff that I used to think was good now makes me cringe, so here’s looking forward to the day this page makes me curl my lip!
Absolutely normal. I’ve looked at the programming I did in the 70’s and cringe……
The 70’s? I look at code from six months ago and cringe. Of course sometimes it’s an anti cringe where I am slightly in awe of it. But mostly cringe.
You gotta love when, on the same page, one function gets the anti-cringe and the next gets the cringe.
“Oh, yeah, this code… what was this function… ooh, wow. That’s short, elegant, brilliant, and well commented! I can’t believe I thought of that! Nice!”
Look at next function down “Oh god, it’s like the YouTube comments section, in code form! What was I thinking? I can’t even read this!”
I’m a network consultant nowadays, so I don’t program much any more, but I have at times wrote some horrid code when I was in a hurry, but it worked and I could usually fix it later…usually….
I currently have 3 or 4 tasks of “fix temporary spaghetti code” on my to-do list but since they have zero urgency I should get to them sometimes around the heatdeath of the universe.
It’s good to review your work (whatever it is, for you others with different skills) so you can see where you started. It’s also good for reminding yourself of the basics that you started with…It strengthens the platform on which your skill was built.
I have heard this line of thought for a lot of webcomic artists. It is part of the reason many have thoughts of ‘I have to go back and redo those first pages/chapters some time’. Doing that is dangerous though as it stalls the release of new pages and, from what I’ve heard, is less satisfying than working on something new.
If you ever do get to a point that pages like these look cringe-worthy in comparison than your art will need a warning label that looking at it carries the risk of your face melting off due to sheer awesome.
Maxi’s face spells Major Paine for whomever is responsible for this attack (that was her third favourite shirt, in that colour)
“Happy, fun Maxima wants a word with you”….
Wait. Did someone taunt Happy Fun Maxima!?
Yes.
The fact that they need to ask Ellie what things there are in her book gives a major hint towards the true nature of the book.
My guess is that this means it’s nothing more than a hammer space.
It would be amusing if her hammer space did not, in fact, have a hammer in it.
That glare on Maxima’s face. It’s truly the embodiment of “Hell hath no fury like that of a woman scorned.”
Under the circumstances, shouldn’t that be a woman “scorched?”
I approve of this comment! ^
+1
Either would work for most characters in this case, but I don’t think Maxima was actually harmed, so scorched isn’t quite right. One of the the next ones down in vulnerability, such as Dabbler, might be able to pull that off though.
But I get the joke :P
No, Maxi was scorched, what she wasn’t was singed
The truest test of a Bro. “Dude, smell this! It’s disgusting!”
And he does. :P
A Bro would be sitting in the jail cell next to you & say, “Dude, that was totally worth it!!”
Alternative scenario: The bro would punch you afterwards.
“Hold my beer, and watch this!”…
“Dude, I never would have guessed she was a cop!” ;)
sorry but i gotta shoehorn this in. prinny duuuuuuuuuude
Since Max took out the boss-level bad guy with a single shot, I think she earned an honorary membership into the ‘floppy hat and bullwhip’ section of the Council.
(see banner in last panel of: https://www.grrlpowercomic.com/archives/2348)
I think I can second that. She’s even got the, “I don’t have time for this,” look.
And the destroyer of Mosques is back in the game!
One Mosque. Just one. That incident seems to have buried in noodles.
If I recall, though not directly stated as such, it was implied said holy islamic kerblammo was purely accidental.
And DaveB did it again. unintentionally putting a halo above a character. The halo is above a vampire this time around in the first panel.
Was it unintended, or was it irony?
Okay, likely mentioned, but why not just do the same thing with sister as brother and use sis?
sistah is a thing where I am. Of course is just a slightly different pronunciation of sister, but here it kind of has the same .eating as bro.
Problem there is that ‘sis’ carried connotation of actually being related.
But ‘sister’ doesn’t necessarily. Or else “Hey Soul Sister” means something very different than the common interpretation.
If not said, could that be called a kill steal?
Maxima looks rather cute in this one. Probably because the muscles are not so pronounced and visible.
I am in extreme lust with this drawing of Maxima, but then I’ve always gone for the “unkempt” wild-woman look. Growl.
Cute is not the word I would use. Quite the oppostie. Scary and sexy.
I was sure the equivalent to frat boys “bro” was the frat girls “Girl” or “Gurl” or whatever.
The Who’s Who needs an update:
Pixel
Arc-LIGHT special field agent.
Experienced with artifacts.
Likes to be spanked.
Meh, don’t sweat it about the “bro”-thing. Some words just never developed. German for instance has no word for something simple as “Countdown” so it shouldn’t be too bothersome to accept that there never seemed to be a need to develop a feminine word with an equivalent meaning as “bro”. Hell, German doesn’t have a word for “bro” other than of course the original meaning of “Bruder” and there’s not a short version of that either.
In short, language doesn’t work that way.
So either stick with “bro” regardless of gender, take the stilted feminized version of “broette” and sound kinda silly or just use her name. ^^
The German language is, however, very good at compounding until they get a word that means approximately what they want it to mean. For example:
rindfleischetikettierungsüberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz… “the law for the delegation of monitoring beef labeling.”
das Backpfeifengesicht… “A face that makes you want to slap it”
Rechtsschutzversicherungsgesellschaften… “Insurance companies providing legal protection”
(The last one… which is 63 letters long, btw… is not uncommon in daily use.)
So for “countdown”, I’m sure they’d compound the word “Zählen” with something, or just use the two words, “Zählen unten” (lit. “count[ing] down[wards]”).
Fun fact: Werner von Braun actually admitted that he took the idea of using a backwards count before launching spacecraft from an SF film. (‘Destination Moon’, I think it was…)
Bros can be female. I use it that way, and so do my friends.
I’ve never heard of girls calling each other “bro”, but I’ve certainly heard them calling each other “dude.”
Yeah, have heard females call each other ‘dude’ (or sometimes ‘dudette’, but that’s usual coming from a male towards a female)
As in, a girl will call another girl ‘dude’, but a guy will call a girl ‘dudette’
The context decides if “bro” is gender neutral or not.
Dave, please add “Likes to be spanked.” to Pixel’s Who’s Who bio. I love this comic and think that this is the only way to improve it.
This was kind of low on the priority list during melee, but how are the ARC visitor’s getting out seeing that the tunnel is now ‘out of service’ for the foreseeable future? High profile celebrities leaving through the main entrance onto downtown NYC streets could draw unwanted attention to the building. (Especially muddy half naked ones.)
Dabbler can change her appearance at will, but the others can’t. My suggestion would be to call up Arc-Dark to see if they could send a Daphne over with some of their disguise-o-matic(*) stick on patches for the group to use (as well as a change of clothing for Max).
*Make one of them Stan Lee, because he gets a cameo in EVERYTHING.
go to the roof, fly straight up a thousand feet real fast, then fly to your destination. Very few people in the city ever look up, or have an angle that can see what is standing in the middle of a roof unless there are taller adjacent buildings that are occupied on those floors at the time.
Look! Up in the sky! It’s a…. very muddy bird?
A mudlark? But you would have to be antipodean to make that comment
Hmmm…. I wonder if there’s a cloak of invisibility in the storage loft…..
There is, but you can’t see it
And as always the shirt managed to stay intact in all the right places.
I’m going with “trope justified” here:
If YOU had a skin-covering forcefield of variable strength, that you can readjust with a thought, where would YOUR subconsciousness choose to focus the strongest effect?
I’m pretty sure that the same brainwaves that make me reflexively avert my man-parts when I watch skater-accident videos, wouldn’t hesitate to rebalance my powerpool at the last moment, conscious will be damned!
Yep. You gotta keep your reflexes sharp.
Theres also “sis” a shortened form of the word ‘sister’. It is usually used between relatives, like “hey sis!” or “sis, come join me,” etc. But I’ve also used it with someone I’m close to like a “bro” would be, though it does help that we’ve known each other for over a decade…
Also Maxima melting the blood drinker sword shards like that is totally boss, but… in a lot of fantasy, maybe not all, completely destroying the magical item or artifact often releases all the magic contained there in in one big burst. Often with explosive results. Could that happen here? Or maybe once they melt to nothing they release all the blood they drank and we end up with a red Maxima?
“I just said that you’re pretty. Even when you’re covered in… engine grease, you’re… No, especially, especially when you’re covered in engine grease.”
— Simon Tam to Kaylee, Firefly
I would say something similar about Max in the last page. Not when she hear me of course.
FYI: The pilot ‘Wash’ in Firefly is the one who did the voice of the new droid K-2SO in Rogue One.
(It is not his fist droid. He can also say “I was the ‘I’ in I Robot” )
There is also the Easter Egg fact that he played ‘The Duke of Weselton’ in Frozen and the character ‘Duke Weaselton’ in Zootopia.
And I met him at NYCC.
RE: Broette
“There’s no real female equivalent of “Bro.” Obviously there’s “broette” but that’s just tacking a feminizing suffix onto a word as a stopgap since there’s not a real word for it.”
You could use ‘Sis’ but might cause confusion with readers thinking it was a literal sister.
Then there is ‘Sista’ but that has more use in the African American community
I personally like the idea of Brodette, a slight change on your version.
It still retains the familiar form of ‘bro’ to keep the meaning clear, but could be derivative of the word ‘broad’ (North American slang term for a woman, although some view its use as derogatory)
Honestly thought there was a ‘d’ when first read it
Just how powerful was the bomb? It did go through her protective aura and ruin her clothes, that takes a fairly high level of power.
strong enough that it was intended as a last resort against a room full of undead, elementals, living armor, and various mythos and small kaiju creatures.
She was in close contact, so her shield was somewhat comprised. Digging out didn’t improve things either….
That last panel needs to be a standalone piece of art (poster, wallpaper.jpg, etc.)
*Seconds.
Just take out the Pixel insert and the speech bubble and it’s be perfect as a stand-alone. :)
Wouldn’t “Girl” be the female equivalent of “Bro?” It’s certainly used in the same sense where I am.
or maybe “Girlfriend.”
Yeah, was thinking of the usage of “girlfriend”, it’s often used in a similar fashion: more than just friends who are girls and greater than simply BFFs, and not in a romantic manner
I’ve frequently heard both ‘sis’ and ‘girlfriend’ be used as equivalents for ‘bro’. ‘Sis’ has always seemed more equivalent, somehow.
A Crushing defeat.
Stall until the A or S class shows up is always a great strategy to secure life and limbs.
(not sure which Maxima is, although her fight with Vehemence seems to suggest more A than S)
She’s a solid S Class. Vehemence had just powered up to S++ by that point.
they managed to keep that fight so localized it was hard to tell just how powerful they were. Vehemence looked to have reached his strength limit; which looked to be pretty high, and Maxima was forced into a defensive position.
Actually look at the source, he got that powerful with a couple dozen angry supers. How powerful would he have gotten during say a soccer riot? Especially with his Aura making people even MORE violent?
Didn’t he make a comment during the fight how the super brawl made him stronger than a riot he was at?
Wow. Getting to Jim Balent proportions on Dabbler there.
Dabb’s bust size seems to fluctuate quite a bit. My guess is it’s inconsistencies in her glamours.
Or she is intentionally doing it for laughs to see if anyone notices.
Kinda like how in early comics with Power Girl, they gradually made her boobs bigger bit-by-bit to see how far they could go before the editors caught on… and got away with it for so long that by the time the editor did notice, she was too big to backtrack and we got the Maiden of Mammary Might we know and love today.
made me think of the EGS comic where the shapeshifting alien-squirrel Grace would play with “change blindness” at work or in public, causing small changes to her form (including breast size) to throw people off.
Nice Maxima entrance. Or re-entrance.
Your comment reminds me of the meme whereby you take the omega class off-screen to fight the other omega class, until the problem is otherwise solved. That allows your pool of talent to deal with even another omega threat, by guile and smarts and ripping their clothes off. Loved the book.
Maxima is somehow even sexier when she’s pissed.
Yeah, in a sort of “cringing & cowering in the corner with your hands covering your face but still peeking between spread-apart fingers” manner.
Like I said, sexy.
YES!!!! GO, MAXIMA!!!
Damn clumsy fingers…
DaveB, can we PLEASE have that last panel as a wallpaper?!?
Huh. You know, with all the discussion that goes on about Maxima as a sex icon- I have to wonder. She’s the Superman equivalent, here- does Supes get similar reactions from Androphillics? Are there discussions about how being dishevelled or not affects his ‘sexiness’? Or rabid fans of Clark Kent, who think that Superman is too ‘above it’?
Battleworn superheroes in torn costumes have always been popular fanservice right?
I’ve certainly seen that kind of thing for Captain America.
especially since the movie universe began.
Max looks piiiiissed. And exceptionally well-drawn, especially considering how weird all the other art’s been looking lately…
so, can we get a wallpapper of Maxima in the last panel?
Megadittos. Gigadittos. Yottadittos
