Grrl Power #1234 – Back off or the me gets it!
Woo! Page 1234! Arbitrary numbers! Next stop, 1236 (each number being the sum of the previous numbers… well, except for the 2… I cause the sum of 1 is just 1, so I guess that only works if we’re talking about page 1124, which we’ve already passed, or page 11248, which we’ll hit in approximately 90 years.) Also 1250, which is just a thousand and a quarter, so good times all around.
Lapha’s plan A was to grab Maxima and somehow get her back to where she’d be able to offload her to some poor saps that would presumably quickly expire in a particle bean related incident. Wouldn’t matter to Lapha as long as the money transfer went through. Plan B was to grab Sydney and fly off with the orbs. Clearly that didn’t work, so now Plan C is to evade incarceration if at all possible. Maybe get some travel expenses if she can swing it.
The new vote incentive is up! Crimson and Scarlett have a present for Ingsol!
It’s them, they’re the present. They’ve decided that “Sire-versaries” are a thing and Ingsol has to be convinced this is a good idea each time. Everyone thinks his pair of names-that-are-synonyms-with-red sirelings who are both women and who were both turned in that age range that ensure peak hotness means he’s a dirty old man, but he actually isn’t. It just worked out that way. And don’t forget that while it looks like there’s a 25 year age gap between the girls and him, it’s actually much worse, as he is 700 years old, while Scarlett is something like 180 and Crimson is only 40. But at the same time it’s meaningless as they were both fully adults when they got turned, so it’s all copacetic.
As usual, Patreon has the pair of them in various states of undress.
Double res version will be posted over at Patreon. Feel free to contribute as much as you like.
Harem, that is a bad idea. Lapha is now a liability if she accessed sensitive information from Sidney’s memories, she doesn’t have to react to everything she’s seeing.
Lapha being on Sidney, clearly Lapha has limited motor control, however we don’t know if they have to experience anything like sleep, or if Sidney sleeping or the meds wearing off would make her less or more controllable to this particular possession entity (seen it varied, but the greater integration with the mind would suggest they have to work through the brain not bypass it so ADHD may work against them having a focused control over the host).
that said, looks like Sidney is going to have to be mittened for safety and watched till they get the equipment or magic needed to force Lapha off, which considering the already established stuff…
that said Parfait’s friends group should probably be considering sending someone to go check on Tenri’s dorm or call the college about now.
Lapha in Tenri’s body should be easy to control: Just put handcuffs on her.
The longer she spends in Sydney, the higher the risk of her learning something she shouldn’t or achieving something dangerous.
good point, the damage may be done, but risk assessment, first find a way to transfer her against her will, we know the device exists to do this as it was done to Tenri in the first place, then place Tenri’s body in a cell or handcuffed and transfer Lapha over.
that said while doing that my final point still stands that the friend group should probably be sending someone or calling the college to check Tenri’s dorm…I mean if Lapha had any common sense they’d have taken Tenri to second location, but we know they didn’t and are just sitting in the dorm, so the college would call some demonic authorities and check the dorm and be pleasantly surprised the body switchers’ partner just stayed there despite having Tenri on a small easily portable device and could have snuck off to another location to make a switch. Heck they could have shoved Lapha’s empty body in a duffle bag to sneak off campus…disturbingly large things like duffle bags, luggage, and even large boxes rarely bat an eye on a college campus as people move stuff in and out of the dorms.
-that for legal reasons is not advice, just an observation that relates to this fictional setting. Unless they have bioscanners at the doors and would noticed an extra body being carried out, or psionic scanners and realize Tenri was on a device shoved into a bag also.
these are all what ifs,
but still it is weird Graham is choosing to just wait in the dorm, heck if they don’t have bioscanners, they could have stuck Tenri on that device and then snuck Lapha’s body back out and waited for someone to later discover Tenri was left on that thing in her dorm. They could even have just sacrifiec Lapha’s old body and left it there on the bed to be found and Graham and Lapha buy a new one like they already did.
there are so many reasons Graham does not need to still be in that room or for Lapha to return to that room….we can only assume Lapha must know Tenri…as serendipitous as that is…but I won’t complain about that as I’m the type who wants Loona to be the estranged daughter of Asmodeus and Beelzebub on Helluva Boss despite how weird of a coincidence of a connection it would be for Blitz to have adopted the daughter of the guy who is dating his old circus friend without knowing it…
Max -Ask Sydney how long until bonkers boing time?
Harem -What?
Max- How long until her meds wear off.
Harem- (immediately) 1 hour 32 minutes
Max- Wait. How did you know so fast?
Harem- Got an App for that. Most requested thing in Arc building right now. At least in areas she hangs out or wanders through.
Max- ….
I like this scenario :)
“It’s a kind of magic” -Queen
I cant help but think that this is somehow illegal, violation of privacy, mean, exploitative, and an excellent solution to the current problem.
Sydney should take another trip to Fusion for another dose of “The Unmaker”
Oh that’s horrible.*Beast insane asylum keeper voice: ‘I LOVE IT!’
Or travel further for food with unholy after effects. Just an orb ride away to pick up a few plates of something both of them recognise.

Sequential doubling
dang, you beat me to it by… a…
well a few hundred miles tbf, but I want to admit that it wasn’t a race anyway xD
I’m not sure if this is a sequence or even real math: I started with 13×13=(169), 1+6+9, 1+6, so, 13×13=7.14×14 also=7. 12×12=15×15, 11×11=16×16, continues til 1×1=26×26, then 0 and 27 are 0 and 9,respectively, and -1 and 28 begin matching up again as you move outwards.
Not technically, no, because for this sequence to actually work, it requires a specific base. Doubling is base-agnostic, and although something like 1-10-100-1000 *looks* base-based, it can be recreated in other bases by doing things by power of ten, but what you gave ONLY works in base 10 by ignoring the actual values of the numbers and focusing on their representation.
At this point Lapha is a massive physical and security risk and a clear recidivist. Dabbler should know how to kick her out of Sydney and they need to detain Lapha essentially forever. Or just kill her.
I’m on board with killing her. Something that’s always body jumping, possessing people and trying to use them to wreak havoc or crimes is too dangerous to live.
And the next few sentances are:
Sidney: Hey, I think I can touch your spell-matrix thingy with these orbs!
Lapha: So you can push me around, what of it?
Sidney: You know what a morter and pestle are, right? (gives visual example while smiling sadastically)
Lapha:…… I’ll get out now.
You have a point. I don’t think Lapha realizes how much Sydney has the upper hand in this situation compared to her normal. Her previous body actually gives her more ability than Sydney’s. Not to mention Sydney could send the orbs way off to lock her body from moving any direction she doesn’t want to go.
I doubt Sydney can lock the orbs in place to prevent her body from moving, or drag it around. Otherwise she wouldn’t need the flight orb. The orbs follow her body, unless they’re physically restrained. So she could probably hook them on something to prevent her body from moving, but I don’t think she could anchor herself on nothing, any more than you can propel yourself by merely extending a hand in a direction.
One of her team-mates could definitely help out, say Max grabbing the flight orb (So Syd-ha cant grab it to /attempt/ flying away hard enough to tow Max along) and flying straight up, say 30′, leaving Syd-ha dangling…
Sooo many things orbiting Halo’s head rn
If your sex life throws off a succubus, you’re doing something either very wrong or very right.
Laph isn’t a succubus, she’s a sentient spell, and it didn’t throw her off, she just couldn’t understand the physicalities of a Woof male and a Hyu-mon female (specially one of Sydney’s… proportions)
Sydney either needs to start focusing on her adventure with the world destroyers and her nightmares, or she needs to remember her ordeal with the grax from fracture station. See how scared our little flame in the wind is then.
If Syd does one of her yellow-orb light-bee teleports, does Lapha come along? Or is she just left hanging around in the vicinity of Tenri’s body?
Like when Sherriff Bart holds himself hostage in Blazing Saddles. “Oh Lawdy! Do what he say!”
I think Dave deleted my post because I got it right.
