I’ve joked about getting my wife a heated blanked that’s tailored into full body pajamas with a battery pack on them, without realizing that heated clothing already exists. Probably because I’ve lived in Texas for most of my life.

Turmeric, anything with Yellow Curry or warmer, and add some Saurkraut and other foods that have enzymatic action. Improves circulation, sudden being cold all the time doesn’t happen any more. Not to much, you don’t want her fire-breathing techniques down your back….
And , last time I was in Texas, it was cold, we almost made it all the way through the state at night and no one seeing the Ca license plates.
I worked at L.L.Bean a couple of seasons and they have all kinds of stuff like that. Best bet is the little hand/feet warmers. Basically chemical heaters in small pouches you can put in pockets or socks. Never actually used them but was told they last quite a while. They also have some nice flannel PJs though not the itchy kind either.

I dunno. I’m female and I routinely have fights with my mother about this when I visit for Thanksgiving and Christmas. She wants to pile blankets on top of me, and I always end up shoving them off.
It’s weird when someone insists another person is hot or cold.

Still being a teenager, this happens to me pretty much every time I leave the house. “Are you sure you don’t want a jacket? Come on, at least wear a long-sleeved shirt!”

meh – now that my better half has hit “that time of life” she is always hot and keeps our house refrigerated while I sleep in a sweatsuit and a hoodie and throw an extra blanket on my side of the bed.
