Yeah, now that we know more of Vale’s nature is, I don’t wana have anything to do with what you can safely qualify as the ?!?!? gender. I would also put money that Vale is actually Shub-Niggurath. So yeah, that’s a whole can of noperinos for me.

I think it should be far lower and to our left, near the underside of Sciona’s left breast.

True, but you have to remember that supers’ bodies are strongly modified, “perfected*”, so they could give the impression of having implants. Which is why I did not find Sciona’s breasts weird.
But Vale’s nipple… nope, like Guesticus said, it’s not the perkiness the issue (to me), it’s the placement.
* I put “perfected” between quotes because my tastes do not lend themselves towards big breasts. Firm, yes, but I largely prefer B-cups to others (and A over E)… So, perfection’s in the eye of the beholder, or the artist. :-)
Given that Vale is some sort of protoplasmic thing in the form of a female human, I suspect that the nipple placement is because she’s trying to create some uncanny valley with her uncanny cleavage.
And just noticed: they have matching eyes, well, iris/pupils anyway

I think Terra is new. That’s a comic I read so I think I would have noticed it there previous years.
I know some of the comics involved are kind of “eh” but it’s an excuse for me to do some nudes so I guess enjoy that and pick through some other comics you’ve heard of. Spying with Lana always has incredible art, but I link them in my webcomic banner anyway.

The Star Trek kiss was probably number seven or eight, really.
If you consider interracial to ONLY be black and white people, even then Nancy Sinatra kissed Sammy Davis Jr. a year earlier on television. BUT, that could be considered a chaste kiss as Sammy was her father’s friend, and therefore it would be considered “safe” … ugh.
But there were several others, not all of them from America, because we forget that other countries exist and also had television.

On the subject of the current Vote Incentive. Yes, the perspective issues you mentioned are there, but it’s Max’s right leg that ruins the shot for me; there’s just no way to rationalize the difference in length, no matter what assumptions you make about perspective and “camera” parameters.
Full disclosure: I can’t draw for poop, in spite of having spent quite a bit of effort in the attempt to learn how. All that gave me was the ability to see mistakes in other’s work :-( I wouldn’t have mentioned this at all, except that your self-critique didn’t mention what seems to me to be the primary flaw. FWIW, my wife *is* a professional artist, and that was the first thing she noticed as well. My point here is that this comment is intended as feedback, not criticism.
Grrl Power is a great story, the art is more than good enough (and steadily improving), and we *finally* have a super-hero(ine) that shows ADHD for the super-power we always knew it was. If only I could figure out how to use mine for good instead of evil. :-P
Yes, the perspective is really messed up. If the vanishing point of the drawing was around Max’s chest, her leg lengths might make sense, depending on the FOV, but it doesn’t matter since it doesn’t match the background. I’ll probably lengthen her leg when I do some touch ups
I hate to say this DaveB but the way you’ve been drawing the comic lately hasn’t been good. Please go back to the way you were drawing it a couple hundred pages ago. I mean, on this page in particular, everyone looks hideous.
This latest page, #626, (and 627, since I draw them side by side) I had to draw quickly because I got behind, and I tried to go straight to coloring and skipped the inking, and even skipped doing really tight pencils, so the whole process was a mess. I will try to avoid that in the future, and also, I’d like to go back to a slightly cartoonier style, but the coloring I’ll probably try and advance as much as I can, until it becomes too much of a time sink.

This “Valentine’s Day Sex Drive 2018” post is causing grrlpowercomic.com to be flagged as a BADDY website (ala erfworld “baddy”).
Evidently just viewing the regular comic with this post below it is causing everyone’s computers to falsely register 30 or so instant hits on the linked NSFW sites. Yes, it is a auto-click-generator. That makes it a baddy in the eyes of all the Sys Admins out there, who report it to sites like opendns.com for as malicious/autoclicks/porn.
It also falsely flags your viewers as porn viewers – at work or wherever!
Figured you would probably want to know!

I can’t find this image attractive, lol. Sciona looks like she wants to kill the reader. And Vale…*shudder*… She always reminds me of what she looks like under the face.
I visited the VDSD website and found links to the webcomics that have taken part, but why isn’t there a gallery of the past submissions for me to visit? All the site gives me is a bunch of teaser images. Is there a link I’m overlooking? Nobody else seems to be complaining.
That’d probably be a good idea, but the guy who organizes it doesn’t host anything besides his own comic. And the point in the whole thing is to get traffic going to each contributors site, so if there was a central place to view all these it would partially defeat the point. Not that the repository couldn’t have links back to the contributors I guess.
I can answer that up to a point (my role in the scheme of things is I’ve helped with the VDSD list coding the last couple of years and I did ask him about this a while back myself).
Stef keeps a copy of almost every contribution but he doesn’t have them put up anywhere. He told me he’d have to go back and ask everyone’s permission to do such a thing which is fair enough (people were never asked at the time about a permanent gallery).
I’ll ask him about it next time I talk to him about whether it’s practical (and if wants to as well) to try and set up something in future and track down past entrants who are no longer entering the VDSD and at least get some of the past ones up somewhere.
Speaking of space money…
I would love to see Maxima and etc in a meeting after this asking Dabble about how to set up some emergency funds encase once of their gets lost in space again.

Sydney needs to land and think lusty thoughs to attract the local succubi. These have crazy amounts of contacts (not to mention are likely to have language skills or translators). With that with someone that knows a guy that may give Sydney a free ride to Earth can be found!! As for payment, maybe a succubi will accept a meeting with Math…

Why do i even bother checking this webcomic anymore? It has crossed the line of tasteful fan-service long ago, and now just a repulsive slutfest for many many pages in a row. There is no more value to be gained here.
