Testing RSS
I’m going to be messing with my site plugins to see if any of them are breaking the RSS. The page may blow up a little while I deactivate them and mess with other stuff.

Ok, I’m pretty sure it’s fixed now. Ironically perhaps, it looks like it was the FD Feedburner Plugin that was causing the problem. I suppose whoever made that plugin abandoned it since Google seems to be giving up on Feedburner, but I’m just guessing. In any case, make sure your feed is pointing to https://www.grrlpowercomic.com/feed now if it wasn’t. I’m not sure if the feedburner feed was different, but now there’s just that one.

I’ve been using the Old Reader; your feed’s been coming through to me just fine, and presumably on time. I probably should have spoken up sooner.
I have yet to have an update to GP NOT come through RSS. have you verified if the issue is posts or comments? I do recall people complaingin about the COMMENTS rss before.
Last in my feeds before this message is #238, dated from friday. I will keep an eye on this site, because I don’t want to miss things.
The Feedburner RSS seems to have kept working for me, but the one at https://www.grrlpowercomic.com/feed doesn’t –

Yeah, the problem is that there’s an extraneous new line at the start of the file. And while for most things that doesn’t matter, for XML with a <?xml declaration at the top, it does.
Well crap it validated a while ago, and now it’s not validating. Ug.
Aaaaand now it’s validating for me again.

I ditched feedburner and added the rss from this site. i got it going.
It’s alive!!!!
(Firefox can read trhe feed again).
I’m not sure if it broke before and then was fixed, but Feedly app shows your update so time with no problem.

This page was sent via the RSS feed and as soon as I updated the bookmark, the next page of the comic popped up, just 8 minutes after it got posted. Thanks for the fix.

I should have come in an commented earlier. I’ve been using My Yahoo to follow RSS feeds. Mine was one of the feeds that stopped working when the site got updated. It is now working again since you futzed with it. Thank you very much for all the time and effort you put into fixing it! ^_^
I was wondering if Vehemence was gonna have more to throw down. Great comic so far!
Hmmmm…if he’s absorbing all of the violence, then shouldn’t the violence level have dropped?
And since entropy is violence (disorder appearing from order) I’d think his power is limitless.
As a matter of fact, does he power himself (nudge, nudge, wink, wink), since he commits his own violence? So, he wouldn’t need the scrubs/ARC fight at all.

Hey, just thinking out loud here:
I know you’ve already probably got the solution to this worked out, but here’s a thought: What if the source of vehemic energy is the “excess” from people exerting themselves with violent intent? That would give the big bad here a very subtle, plausible ( within suspension of disbelief ) source of power, but that would also make for a very cunning weakness to exploit?
The RSS feed stopped working for me. I use Feeddler Pro for RSS but it can’t find the feed https://www.grrlpowercomic.com/feed anymore

I’m using The Old Reader
That’s frustrating cause I haven’t changed anything in the back end. It’s possible some automatic WordPress update might have changed something though.
I use inoreader which is actually the closest I’ve found to Google reader, though Old Reader was pretty good too.

I logged in to the website of The Old Reader and subscribed from there, it took some time before it losded, but now it works fine.
And look what’s in her right hand. Bets on whether that’s the real Sydney?
Perhaps Sydney had Harem teleport her ‘under’ where Vehemence and Maxima are fighting, and that this is just the fraction of her shield that extends above the surface.
(Basing this off the marks in her ADHD brain montage. Specifically the ones next to Harem teleporting and Opal’s portals. Besides, with “Three moves ahead” making two appearances – one in flashback one in the present – I don’t expect her to just ‘hope’ that he doesn’t pound her into paste.)
Just wondering with the lighthook securely around his neck would it be able to lift him off the ground? Without any leverage his strength is mostly negated. Also could the lighthook thin it’s diameter and act as a garrote(?sp).
